Dania Beach, FL – May 14, 2022 – Guests gathered at Toro Latin Kitchen in Dania Beach to celebrate the South Florida launch of Mezcal Tosba. The intimate dinner took place during the three-day festivities of Mezcal Lauderdale. Tosba Mezcal partners Elisandro Gonzalez, Jake Truen, Simon Swig, and Oliver Swig walked the guests through a specially curated tasting of the acclaimed mezcal alongside Chef James Roger’s pan-latin cuisine pairings. Mezcal Tosba, a unique spirit both in flavor and in origin, is created by using traditional, and what is now called sustainable, agricultural methods of harvesting and distillation passed down by generations of farmers and mezcaleros from the region of Cajonos-Villa Alta of the Sierra Juarez in the state of Oaxaca, Mexico.
