Eclipse 5th Anniversary Dinner at ZUCCA

Miami, FL – April 29, 2022 – ZUCCA’s executive chef Manuel Garcia and acclaimed executive chef Enrique Limardo, owner of the top restaurants in Washington D.C., Seven Reasons and Imperfecto, curated an exclusive 6-course culinary experience unlike any other in Miami on April 27 and 28, in celebration of ZUCCA’s 5^th anniversary, inside the historic St. Michel Hotel in the upscale neighborhood of Coral Gables.

The night featured the combination of Limardo’s fresh and innovative flavors with Garcia’s traditional Italian cooking, giving guests a unique opportunity to see their extraordinary talents in action. Featured items by executive Chef Limardo included a bread basket feast with sea urchin butter, wild porcini soup, cured wagyu and tonnato, while Executive Chef Garcia presented black tortelli with lobster and caviar as well as filet of veal. To fulfill guests’ sweet tooth, the chefs served a Crispy Tiramisu Bomb, Guava Cheesecake and Petit Fours.
