Oolite Arts & Locust Projects Present: Talks with Humberto Moro

Miami, FL – April 27, 2022 – Oolite Arts and Locust Projects hosted the last Talks of the spring season with Humberto Moro, newly appointed Deputy Director of Program at Dia Art Foundation in New York City and Curator at Expo Chicago 2022. Moro spoke about a series of artists who have inspired him throughout his career including Nohemí Pérez, Liliana Porter, Mark Wallinger, and Pia Camil. He also spoke about his work at Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) and in Museo Tamayo in Mexico City. After the fascinating lecture, the attendees had the opportunity to meet the curator and enjoy pizza from SimplyGood Miami and drinks courtesy of Bombay Sapphire and Dogfish Head Brewery.
