Grand Opening of Miss Crispy Rice, Sushi OG, & Papi Churro at Oasis Wynwood

Miami, FL – March 29, 2022 – From the creators of Poke OG and Mr. Omakase brings three new concepts, Miss Crispy Rice, Sushi OG and Papi Churro all under one roof. Co-Founders, Andrew Mayer and Ryan Leto teamed up with Miami’s top influencers, Sam Schnur of @TheNaughtyFork, Yanni Georgoulakis of @FoodyFetish and model Cindy Prado to bring this project to life. The group invited members of the media and VIP’s for a first bite for a night filled of crispy rice, handrolls, sushi and all the churros. Grammy Award Winning DJ Walshy Fire also spun throughout the evening.

Mayer is especially excited to introduce the world’s first crispy rice bar, Miss Crispy Rice featuring a selection of crispy rice, handrolls and izakaya items. Highlights include top shelf handrolls like A5, Scallop and Uni ($30), Crispy Rice Flight with truffle avocado, uni/ikura, scallop. salmon and toro (5 pieces – $35) and an A5 Katsu Sando ($65). Sushi OG features some of Poke OG’s signature sushi rolls and welcomes new creations like the Kat OG roll made with tempura fried asparagus, avocado, snow crab and topped with torched wagyu and truffle microgreens ($20). The menu also features chirashi bowls and refreshing crudos. Papi Churro will offer a variety of sweet treats like stuffed churros, ice cream and churro sundaes. Frice Ice Cream will also be the exclusive ice cream purveyor of Papi Churro.

Miss Crispy Rice, Sushi OG and Papi Churro open to the public on Tuesday, April 5th which is located within the Oasis community (adjacent to the tower bar).
