Hallandale Beach, FL – March 16, 2022 – On Wednesday, March 16th, New York-based developer KAR Properties, led by Shahab Karmely, had the pleasure of hosting a selection of top brokers at the newly completed residential enclave 2000 Ocean, a 38-story glass tower consisting of 64 exclusive residences along the Atlantic Ocean in Hallandale Beach. Guests enjoyed cocktails and hors d’oeuvres and had the privilege of being among the first to tour the brand-new model residence exclusively designed by Italian brand Minotti. Edgardo Defortuna, President and CEO of renowned luxury real estate brokerage Fortune International Group, the exclusive sales and marketing firm for 2000 Ocean, spoke with guests about the stunning tower’s appeal and applauded the team’s achievements and successful closings. Sales Executives Leslie Clark, Joyce Larkin, and Maria Plasencia led tours throughout the building, showcasing the project’s top-quality features and finishes. They were joined by Fortune’s Vice President of Development Sales, Carmen Casadella. 2000 Ocean’s breathtaking panoramic views, exquisite design, and luxurious amenity spaces were on full display at this successful event.
