Miami Beach, FL – March 16, 2022 – The Miami Beach EDITION Beach Club private member’s event was well attended. Guests enjoyed a tasting of MARKET’s favorites including Kale Salad, Roasted Pumpkin, Red Apple & Mustard Vinaigrette and Faroe Island Baked Salmon with Truffle Crumbs, Apple-Celeriac Puree & Black Truffle Vinaigrette prepared by Executive Sous Chef Nyitre Rodgers and an assortment of delightful desserts prepared by Pastry Chef Luis Vasquez and his team. Scott Hauser- Director of Membership and Nicole Dubin- Membership Coordinator organized this special evening for members to gather, dine and form meaningful connections. It was an intimate evening with 50 attendees who enjoyed the chic atmosphere and curated menu.
