Miami, FL – February 25, 2022 – To celebrate 15 years, Schwartz and MGFD’s longtime Executive Chef, Dillion Wolff, enlisted the help of pal Michael Symon, the ever-exuberant Food Network personality and Cleveland-based chef of Mabel’s BBQ and B Spot Burgers. Together, they curated a boldly flavored, multi-course menu that celebrated MGFD’s signature dishes — but with a South Beach Wine & Food Festival® twist! These pros made ample use of the restaurant’s wood-burning oven, as they showcased much of what makes MGFD both a tried-and-true favorite among locals and a top-notch dining destination among Magic City visitors. After 15 extraordinary years of service, the “restaurant of honor” at this birthday dinner looked (and tasted) better than ever.
