Lobina joined forces with Murphy, the classically trained chef responsible for some of New York City’s most beloved former haunts (including Landmarc and Ditch Plains) and the lively Freitag, a Food Network favorite and author of The Chef Next Door, and served up a seasonal, skillfully balanced menu punctuated by pitch-perfect wine pairings from the Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits portfolio.
