Miami Beach, FL – February 26, 2022 – The culinary industry is brimming with so many essential female voices, and we were thrilled to highlight three of them at this special South Beach Wine & Food Festival® dinner. First up was LA-based Top Chef alum Arrington, whose globally minded flavors are imperative to cooking what she describes as “food that hugs the soul.” Having worked under the legendary French chef Joël Robuchon, Arrington also knows a thing or two about fine dining, which nicely complemented the culinary perspectives of her two Miami-based collaborators, both James Beard semifinalists — Valerie Chang and Luciana Giangrandi. Chang. Enhanced by the 1920s charm of The Bath Club and featuring skillful support from Executive Chef Jeff Masanz, this dinner demonstrated  how vital these chefs are to the communities they serve, with wines paired from the Robert Mondavi Winery portfolio.
