The healthy lifestyle expert and New York Times bestselling author of the Now Eat This! cookbook series took over the kitchen at the newly revamped Ocean Social at Eden Roc Miami Beach alongside Executive Chef Darren Anklam where he delivered a downright delicious menu, completed with artful wine pairings from the Pinot Grigio DOC delle Venezie, produced in North East Italy, in the three regions of Veneto, Trentino and Friuli Venezia Giulia.
