Developed by Location Ventures, URBIN will feature turnkey residences, all-inclusive co-working space, wellness programming, social activations, and experiential retail. The occasion marked the formal initiation of sales for the brand’s first location in Miami Beach, with a second location in Coconut Grove to soon follow.
