Miami, FL – September 29, 2021 – Tea Room hosted its 3rd monthly Crème de la Crème party with Miami Beach restaurants Byblos and Meet Dalia, who crossed the bridge to Brickell to collaborate with Tea Room. The restaurants brought their favorite Eastern Mediterranean bites and craft cocktails over, in addition to beats by Frakment and UNOMAS, accompanied by percussionist Ali Kartalsuna. Crème de la Crème is a monthly, invite-only party at Tea Room curated and hosted by Carlos Grotewold and Sebastian Ortiz; a behind closed doors gathering for their closest and most loyal clients and industry leaders. Tea Room is raising the bar by recently hosting collaborations with Lung Yai Thai Tapas, Swizzle Rumbar & Drinkery, Mezcalista, and Como Como, building a sense of community by welcoming other great chefs and mixologists to the EAST Miami Hotel.
