Bal Harbour, FL – October 10, 2012 – Gucci hosted a private cocktail party at the House’s Bal Harbour Shops store to celebrate the “Handbag Artisan Corner.”  The exclusive event brought the craftsmanship of Gucci’s Florentine leather goods factory directly to its clientele, allowing guests to view skilled artisans assembling some of the House’s most iconic handbags. Jayne and Ashley Abess and Judy and Kara Zeder hosted the evening, and a portion of sales proceeds will benefit the United Way Miami-Dade.
