Miami, FL – June 18, 2021 – On Friday, June 18, food and spirits aficionados gathered for the VeritageMiami Interactive Dinner headlined by celebrity chef Adrianne Calvo. Interactive Dinner provides foodies with the opportunity to be the next top chef, following along chef Adrianne as they prepare a gourmet dinner à la carte, right at their tables or via livestream from the comfort of their homes. The event included a lively auction with student volunteers from Johnson and Wales University, Florida International University and Miami-Dade College doubling as sous chefs for guests who needed an extra pair of knowledgeable hands.
Chaired by Yosbel Ibarra and Dr. Drew Stoudt, VeritageMiami brings together a who’s who of wine, beer, spirits and food lovers with top sommeliers, notable chefs, prestigious wineries and breweries and an exclusive lineup of auction lots all to benefit the South Florida community. VeritageMiami, presented by City National Bank, is partnering with Nomi Health to advise on COVID-19 safety protocols for in-person guests at VeritageMiami events throughout the year. The Interactive Dinner took place with enhanced safety protocols including: a virtual participation option, reduced capacity, face coverings and sanitation stations throughout. Our health and wellness screening partner, SymCheck, allowed guests to complete a five-question attestation form upon approval.
