White joined Executive Chef Antonio Mermolia in his Lido Restaurant at The Surf Club, for a tour de force dinner tribute to haute Italian cuisine. Italian-born Mermolia has practically perfected his Southern Italian cuisine, and is a devotee of taking the road less traveled when it comes to creating flavorful and unexpected dishes. Together, these culinary powerhouses transformed this special Festival dinner into an unforgettable showcase of the soulful cuisine and convivial spirit of Italy, complemented by wine from the Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits portfolio.
