Having used the best seasonal and local ingredients alongside wood-burning grill and oven techniques, Forgione – cookbook author and chef/owner of Peasant and Restaurant Marc Forgione in New York, NY – teased the palate alongside Italian-born Executive Chef Michele Esposito at Casa Tua. Together, the duo weaved a web of complicated flavors during a fine dining experience replete with bold influences and playful touches in Casa Tua – created to evoke the feeling of visiting the home of a very good friend, the property is part soulful culinary destination, part boutique hotel and private members club. The menu was aptly paired with wine from the Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits portfolio.
