Miami Beach, FL – May 21, 2021 – Festival guests gathered ‘round as a variety of their favorite South Florida chefs challenged themselves to create new and exciting iterations of this classic and posh dish on the half shell. Whether they hail from the marshlands of Virginia or the glacial waters of Washington State, whether served ice cold on the half shell, chargrilled and sizzling in garlic butter or fried to golden perfection, guests enjoyed it all at SOBEWFF®. This al fresco happy hour got a new home this year as Nikki Beach Miami hosted this refreshing fan-favorite soirée.
