Miami Beach, FL – May 20, 2021 – SOBEWFF® brought the flavors of chef, restaurateur and author Jonathan Waxman‘s iconic West Village, NY restaurant, Barbuto, to Scarpetta for one night only! The 2016 Tribute Dinner honoree was named the 2016 James Beard Award winner for “Best Chef, New York City”. Opening his kitchen to Waxman was chef, restaurateur, cookbook author, and fan-favorite Food Network personality Scott Conant, who is widely recognized for his devotion to Italian cuisine.

Together, this celebrated duo brought their award-winning charm and talent to the enclosed patio area at Conant’s Scarpetta at the Fontainebleau Miami Beach, as they invited guests to experience one unforgettable night in Italia. Complemented by specially-selected wines from Barton & Guestier, the oldest and most iconic French wine brand in the U.S., guests were able to enjoy a delectable example of la dolce vita.
