Blue Hill, NY – October 7, 2010 – Blue Hill’s Executive Chef Dan Barber teamed up with Peruvian Chef Gastón Acurio to host, Sustainable Sustenance, an event presented by Wine Spectator that mixed a dining experience with an educational twist. It’s main focus being to bring the principles of good farming directly to the table. Ingredients for dishes came from nearby farms, including Barber’s own Blue Hill Farm in Great Barrington, Massachusetts, and Stone Barns Center for Food and Agriculture.
