Day of the Dead Fiesta at Chotto Matte

Miami Beach, FL – October 31, 2020 – On Saturday, October 31, Chotto Matte was transformed into a traditional shrine to those who have passed, and served a special prix fixe menu and two-for-one La Adelita Tequila cocktails. South American-themed performers and a live DJ kept the party going all night. Highlights from the menu included Soul of The Dead Tempura, Chuleta De Cordero Ahumada, Tentaculos De Pulpo, and a Day of the Dead Dessert. Guests got in the Halloween spirit with festive libations like Deadly Spice made with La Adelita Tequila Blanco, passion fruit puree, St Germain, agave, lime juice, jalapeño, cilantro leaves, pinch of tajin and Shiso BOO-zy made with La Adelita Tequila Blanco, pineapple juice, yuzu lemon, agave, egg white, basil leaves, shiso leaves, edible flower, wasabi.
