Miami Beach, FL – February 29, 2020 – VIPs gathered for the opening of Sérêvène at Greystone Miami Beach. Sérêvène showcases the best of French and Japanese cuisine styles reflecting a blend of cultures. Guests sipped specialty cocktails and enjoyed offerings like Krispy Quail Lollipops, Red Wine Braised Beef Cheek in coconut curry and a unique selection of izakaya plates. Helmed by Chopped champion and renowned Executive Chef Pawan Pinisetti, and Forbes Top 30 under 30 F&B rising star Sebastian Dumonet, the French/ Japanese concept will introduce its daily brunch and Tipsy Tea (a boozy, yet polished spinoff of your standard High Tea experience), later this spring.
