Antonio Bachour, Herbert Schulz, & Cedric Vongerichten

Miami, FL – February 22, 2020 – Culinary maestro Antonio Bachour hosted a celebration of East coast cuisine at his highly anticipated 5,000-sq. ft. bakery and café in Coral Gables, the eponymous Bachour. The whimsical artistry of Bachour has been catching eyes and captivating taste buds for years, since beginning his career at iconic Miami hotspots like Scarpetta and The St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort. Bachour was joined by Zagat’s 2013 top 30 up-and-coming chefs under 30, Cedric Vongerichten, who trained under his father, the acclaimed Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten, prior to leading the helm at Perry St. in New York, NY and opening Wayan in Manhattan, a French-Indonesian concept. Alongside Bachour’s Chef de Cuisine Herbert Schulz, this league of extraordinary gentlemen created a menu, accented by rosé wines from Château d’Esclans, that served up the best the East Coast has to offer!
