SOBEWFF guests learned the tricks of the trade behind the making of the well-loved drink guaranteed to put a refreshing spin on your Saturday afternoon, and then got to work creating their own perfectly delicious Havana Club daiquiri. Chef Giovanni Fesser revealed the secrets behind the creation of the craft pastelitos – from PB&J to guava & cheese – that have earned him the name Pastelito Papi, in this interactive daiquiri and pastelito-making extravaganza at one of Miami’s newest venues, SGWS Wynwood!
