Miami Beach, FL – February 20, 2020 – Chef, restaurateur, popular Food Network personality, cookbook author, and self-proclaimed carnivore Michael Symon brought the fire as he paired with world-renowned Chef Michael Mina for one night only at SOBEWFF. Festival-regular Mina opened up the doors to his always-packed Bourbon Steak at Turnberry Isle Miami – currently helmed by South Florida favorite Executive Chef Gabriel Fenton – to Symon for a unique dining experience, paired with wines from Marqués de Riscal and Viña San Pedro that encompassed both classic tricks and new treats for one night only.
