Capon – the executive chef/partner behind Downtown New York, NY favorites Lure Fishbar (whose Miami outpost hosted this mid-afternoon soirée), B&B Winepub, El Toro Blanco and Bowery Meat Company – was joined at his bustling restaurant inside the Loews Miami Beach hotel by fellow friends and chefs for a smooth sailing party that was enjoyed by all!
