Miami Beach, FL – February 20, 2020 – America’s beloved queen of Italian cuisine headed back to the sands of South Beach to kick-off SOBEWFF weekend once again! Giada De Laurentiis is an Emmy Award-winning television personality best known for her hit shows on Food Network, a New York Times’ bestselling author and flourishing restaurateur. The world’s most famous butcher Dario Cecchini, hailing from the Chianti region of Italy, joined the Festival once again to host alongside De Laurentiis and shared a dose of la bella vita on the beach alongside more than 30 of the nation’s greatest chefs serving up dishes originating from various regions of Italy. Guests perused Piedmont, trotted through Tuscany, savored Sardinia, canvased Campania, sauntered through Sicily, and more – while sinking their toes into the sparkling white sands of South Beach. Attendees gathered around under the signature white tents in the sand for a grand Italian feast, all paired perfectly with wines, beer and refreshing libations from Aperol Spritz, Heineken®, Amstel® Light, Birra Moretti, Heineken® 0.0, Strongbow Hard Apple Ciders® and Red Stripe.
