Villa Valencia Hosts Exclusive Evening at Sub-Zero, Wolf, & Cove Miami Design District

Miami, FL – January 24, 2020 – Villa Valencia – the distinguished collection of just 39 ultra-luxury condominium residences under development by Location Ventures in Coral Gables – hosted Miami’s top-tier brokers and community influencers for an intimate event at Sub-Zero, Wolf, & Cove‘s Design District showroom on Friday, January 24. The beautifully-appointed space featured appliances that were hand-selected for each of the Villa Valencia residences, including a steam oven, induction cooktop and under counter wine cooler. Sub-Zero’s Corporate Chef Alex Diaz demonstrated a one-of-a-kind culinary experience for the 60 guests in attendance while they mingled, enjoying drinks and bites. Following the presentation, attendees were invited to mingle in the private bar and lounge featuring full-height windows with stunning Midtown Miami views for an exclusive happy hour.
