New York City, NY – October 8, 2010 – The RED Dinner hosted by Chef Dan Silverman was a night where guests kicked back and ate the juiciest cuts of red meat, red fish, and red wine. Chef Silverman opened up his kitchen at The Standard Grill inside The Standard, New York in the Meatpacking District to special culinary friends-Marc Meyer and Jonathan Waxman-who helped make this night a feast for the ages. Allen Brothers provided their great steakhouse steaks with superb wines.
