Harlem, NY – October 9, 1010 – Fun & Fit in the City presented by Target. Health Expo taught families about the many ways to live a healthier lifestyle. The kids were taken to the Children’s Zone rooftop garden where they will get to see how plants are harvested into vegetables and herbs and the parents to watch culinary demos by chefs.
