New York City, NY – October 7, 2010 – San Pellegrino’s Meatball Madness presented by Eater.com, was back again, but this year it was moved to Thursday evening to open the Festival with style and substance after last years success. The event was hosted by Food Network’s Giada De Laurentiis and sponsored by Pat LaFrieda Meats. Not only did the event feature an incredible line-up of some of the City’s best chefs all offering their version of the beloved meatball, it was also complemented with a great selection of Italian wines. Contestant chef Donatella Arpaia took home the winning prize.
