Miami, FL – December 3, 2019 – For the first time ever, students were sad to end a semester… that’s because class was with Professor David Grutman at the FIU Hospitality School where Grutman taught a 7-week course giving students the inside scoop on how to build a hospitality empire. It was a rewarding experience for all, and FIU looks forward to more collaborations with Professor Grutman.
