Fiola Miami Winemaker Dinner Featuring Gaia Gaja & Fabio Trabocchi

Miami, FL – October 23, 2019 – Fiola Miami closed its doors to host a premier wine dinner with the iconic Gaja winery of Piedmont, Italy. The Winemaker Dinner, with the renowned Chef Fabio Trabocchi, featured special guest and fifth-generation winemaker Gaia Gaja and was a one-of-a-kind evening, where guests indulged in a stunning selection of Gaja wines, including Gaia & Rey Chardonnay, Barbaresco 2012 and Single Vintage Varietals, such as Sperss 2009, Costa Russi 2014 and Darmagi 2010. The exclusive wines were paired with Chef Trabocchi’s flavorful, six-course tasting menu, featuring Porcini Mushroom Risotto topped with Alba White Truffles, Seared Hudson Valley Foie Gras and a Prosciutto Wrapped Veal Tenderloin. Notable guests included Lee Brian Schrager, founder and director of the South Beach Wine & Food Festival and vice president of Southern Wine & Spirits.
