WRE News: Plans for New 12 – Story Office Tower Revealed in Wynwood

Miami, FL – March 10, 2025 – Wynwood’s Design Review Committee will review plans for 161 Office this week, a 12-story building featuring 45,666 square feet of office space and an amenity floor.

The project will also include 25 parking spaces. Designed by Deforma Studio and developed by Lombardi Properties, the addition aims to enhance Wynwood’s growing business district.
