Miami, FL – March 4, 2025 – Maple Hospitality Group announced that its award-winning concept, Maple & Ash Miami, will open on March 13, 2025, at Miami Worldcenter.

Spanning 22,000 square feet, the modern wood-fired steakhouse—led by two MICHELIN-star chef Danny Grant—will bring its signature blend of elevated dining and irreverent energy to Miami’s dynamic culinary scene. Known for its indulgent menu, including the “I Don’t Give a F*@k” tasting experience and Fire-Roasted Seafood Tower, Maple & Ash delivers a playful yet luxurious approach to fine dining.
