Miami, FL – February 25, 2025 – Multiplan REAM celebrated the groundbreaking of Ocean House Residences, a stunning boutique residence offering an exclusive collection of 25 oceanfront residences along Surfside’s coveted and highly desirable coastline. The groundbreaking marks a significant milestone for the self-financed project, bringing Ocean House one step closer to delivering an exclusive luxury product to Surfside’s serene neighborhood.
