Factoría de Azúcar opened its doors at Dolphin Mall to a packed house, marking a milestone in Miami’s culinary landscape. Founded by Charissa Davidovici of The Sugar Factory and the team behind CARNICERO GROUP, along with Miami Vice Lifestyle and Westcol, the restaurant offers an innovative take on international Latin cuisine.
Bringing together bold Latin flavors and a playful sweet twist, Factoría de Azúcar features an eclectic menu with Wagyu steaks, fresh ceviches, and signature desserts like the Flantel, available in over 12 flavors. Inside, Café Flantel offers a selection of sweets and toys, while the lively atmosphere transforms into an energetic nightlife experience.
The celebration was highlighted by a special proclamation from Mayor José ‘Pepe’ Díaz, officially declaring the ‘Day of Factoría de Azúcar’ in recognition of its cultural and gastronomic impact. With its modern, tropical-inspired design and space for 200 guests, Factoría de Azúcar is set to become Miami’s go-to spot for food, fun, and flavor.
