West Palm Beach, FL – February 5, 2025 – estiatorio Milos West Palm Beach hosted an exclusive grand opening event at its stunning new One Flagler location, offering select guests an early glimpse of its renowned Greek hospitality ahead of its public debut on February 7.

estiatorio Milos Founder Costas Spiliadis and Related Ross CEO Stephen Ross welcomed attendees as they enjoyed premium Greek wines, handcrafted cocktails, and signature bites highlighting the finest seasonal ingredients. The beautifully designed two-floor space, conceived by Tara Bernerd and Partners, features Pentelikon marble, oak, and textured stone, evoking the timeless beauty of Greece.

Guests explored Milos’ signature offerings, from salt-baked fish and rack of lamb to its famed Greek yogurt and baklava, all reflecting the restaurant’s commitment to simplicity and quality. Live entertainment by DJ Adam Lipson and a saxophonist added to the celebratory atmosphere, marking the opening of Milos’ twelfth global location and its second in Florida.
