Miami, FL – February 23, 2025 – SOBEWFF®’s annual celebration of fried chicken and Champagne returned with a bang, this time featuring a new host—Kardea Brown! Known for her mastery of Southern cooking and her signature pickle-brined fried chicken with hot honey sauce, Kardea, the star of Miss Delicious Brown and Kids Baking Championship on the Food Network, led the festivities. Hosted in the Miami Design District’s Jungle Plaza, this epic event brought together more than a dozen chefs, each eager to serve up their crisp fried creations, alongside mouthwatering homestyle sides and desserts. Guests were treated to a variety of flavors and textures, from classic crunchy chicken to inventive new takes, all complemented by six high-end Champagne houses pouring endless bubbly. As the sun set over the plaza, the evening became a delicious tribute to the golden hour, blending flavorful dishes and free-flowing Champagne into an unforgettable SOBEWFF® experience.
