From selecting the best cuts of meat to perfecting seasoning and smoking techniques, participants learned to transform ordinary BBQ into extraordinary. After the class, they enjoyed a mouthwatering lunch featuring the BBQ delights they had just helped create, including perfectly smoked meats, tangy sauces, and delicious sides.
