Miami, FL – January 18, 2025 – Donald Trump’s bold Doral expansion is officially a go: The Trump Organization has won final approval from the Doral City Council to develop up to 1,500 luxury condos on the Trump National Doral Miami property.

The phased project, designed by Pascual, Perez, Kiliddjian, Starr includes 1,498 condos, approximately 142,000 square feet of commercial space, and four 20-story towers. While the new development will transform parking lots on the southeast portion of the property, the resort’s famed golf courses and existing amenities will remain untouched.

This marks the Trump Organization’s first branded residential project in South Florida. With rezoning now secured for the 56.4-acre site, the project will be constructed in five phases, starting with 300 condos per phase.

Originally purchased in 2012 for $150 million, Trump’s $250 million investment in renovations and now this ambitious expansion continue to define his footprint in the region.
