Miami, FL – January 16, 2025 – Miami’s food scene continues to evolve, with six exciting new additions to the MICHELIN Guide this month.

The latest additions to the MICHELIN Guide bring a mix of global flavors to Miami’s diverse dining landscape. Sereia, a Portuguese seafood restaurant in Coconut Grove by Chef Henrique Sá Pessoa, highlights traditional dishes like salted cod and bomba rice. For a playful yet refined experience, Chef Massimo Bottura’s Torno Subito in downtown Miami brings modern Italian classics like saffron risotto with langoustine and childhood-inspired tortellini.

Meanwhile, GRAND CENTRAL, a contemporary bistro by chef Nuno Grullon, delivers elevated comfort food such as truffle chicken pot pie and decadent chocolate ganache cake in an unassuming setting. Palma, a chic contemporary restaurant in Little Havana, offers a frequently changing tasting menu by Chef Juan Camilo Liscano. Dishes like grilled baby corn with burnt eggplant aioli and roasted plantain brioche demonstrate the restaurant’s innovative and locally influenced approach.

Itamae AO, a sleek Midtown spot specializing in Nikkei cuisine, offers bold flavors like lobster bisque with gnocchi and dry-aged fish. Cotoa Restaurant, a Latin American spot in a lively downtown food hall, offers standout dishes like coconut-ginger ceviche with mahi mahi and plantain-wrapped fish. Chef Alejandra Espinoza’s tropical-inspired menu and refreshing desserts like frozen cacao juice make it a must-visit.

These additions cement Miami’s reputation as a global culinary destination.
