Miami, FL – January 13, 2025 – Less than a year after bouncing back from a devastating fire, Miami’s Square Pie City has shut down its Wynwood location.

The pizzeria, led by renowned local Chef Jeremiah Bullfrog, announced the abrupt closure on January 8, following the termination of the venue they were operating in. Known for its signature Detroit-style pies, Square Pie City had only just begun to rebuild its following after relocating from its previous Miami Design District location.
Named Miami’s Best Pizza in 2023, Square Pie City has been a local favorite since its inception, with Bullfrog’s 72-hour, double-fermented dough creating the perfect base for iconic offerings like the “Classix” and “Red in the Head, Fire in the Bed.”
