Miami, FL – December 24, 2024 – The Helm is set to redefine the Miami Design District with a $500 million, two-acre mixed-use development blending luxury, community, and sustainability.

The project, led by Helm Equities’ Ayal Horovits and CUBE 3 Architecture’s Jon Cardello, features 500,000 square feet of active space, including 162 branded residences, 116 rental units, boutique offices, retail, dining, and a 35,000-square-foot community park connecting the Buena Vista and Design District neighborhoods. Inspired by Streamline Art Deco architecture, its interconnected buildings offer walkable spaces, a sculpture garden, and breathtaking views of Biscayne Bay and Downtown Miami.

Built under Florida’s Live Local Act, The Helm offers 40% of its residences at 120% of the Area Median Income while achieving LEED and WELL Gold certifications. Strategically located near the future Brightline station, it promises luxury amenities, reduced traffic congestion, and a sustainable design that elevates Miami living.
