North Development Unveils Domus Brickell Park’s New Mural

Miami, FL – December 2, 2024 – Art patrons, real estate leaders, and top brokers gathered at the Domus Brickell Park sales gallery to kick off Miami Art Week with a champagne brunch featuring Miami-born artist Johnny Robles. Hosted by North Development and Cervera Real Estate, the event celebrated Robles’ artistic achievements and unveiled “Sparks,” the original 55-by-12-foot mural he will create for the 12-story Domus Brickell Park project.
Guests enjoyed a fireside chat with Robles, who shared his journey to international acclaim. The mural, commissioned by North Development, will be a defining feature of the short-term rental-friendly building, incorporating local artistry into the West Brickell landscape. Brokers received framed pieces of a print of the mural, symbolizing the collective strength behind the project’s success.
