Miami, FL – December 31, 2024 – New Year’s Eve at Gale Miami Hotel & Residence hosted an unforgettable evening of fine dining, entertainment, and breathtaking views. The pop-up dining experience with Yamashiro, the legendary 115-year-old Japanese restaurant from LA, made its Miami debut. Located on Gale Miami’s stunning 9th-floor terrace, Yamashiro featured an exclusive prix fixe menu of their classic Asian dishes and champagne. After dinner, guests danced into 2025 at an open-bar celebration on the 9th-floor East pool terrace, complete with a live DJ and front-row views of the Downtown Miami fireworks.
