Miami,  FL – November 22, 2024 – The 45-story Standard Residences in Brickell is under construction with an expected completion in 2027, featuring 422 luxury units ranging from studios to two-bedroom residences.

Priced from $600,000, each unit will include porcelain floors and Miele appliances. Highlights include a rooftop lounge, a wellness spa, and fine dining options like Avra Estiatorio on the riverfront. The tower will share a podium with the neighboring Lofty Brickell, also under construction, and boasts interior design by Goodrich alongside The Standard’s in-house team.

Developed by Newgard Development Group and Two Roads Development, this Arquitectonica Architecture-designed project is part of a growing Standard brand presence in Miami, alongside the nearly sold-out Midtown location.
