Miami, FL – November 21, 2024 – Jorge Perez, the billionaire developer behind much of Miami’s luxury skyline, is betting big on a $1 billion W Hotel and Residences in Pompano Beach — A once-modest seaside town now attracting high-end projects.

Spearheaded by his sons, JP and Nick Perez, and designed by Nichols Architecture and KORA the development aims to bring a new level of luxury to the area with five-star amenities, oceanfront condos, and resort-style living. This is part of Related Group’s broader $3 billion investment in Florida’s secondary markets, targeting areas like Jacksonville and Hillsboro Beach.

The W project, which features condos starting at $3.1 million and hotel suites from $775,000, is part of a wave of high-end developments redefining Pompano Beach. Other luxury brands like Ritz-Carlton and Armani are also joining the transformation.
