Miami, FL – November 29, 2024 – Retired boxing legend Floyd Mayweather Jr. has struck gold outside the ring, selling his sprawling 11,000-square-foot Palm Island mansion in Miami Beach for $22 million.
Purchased for $18 million in 2021, the nine-bedroom, ten-and-a-half-bathroom home boasts high-end features like a rooftop with 360-degree views, a private dock, a pool, a movie theater, a gym, and space for 10 cars. The off-market deal, brokered by Dina Goldentayer of Douglas Elliman, highlights Mayweather’s knack for turning luxury investments into profits.
He previously sold a waterfront property on Pine Tree Drive for $6.3 million and is reportedly exploring a stake in the iconic Versace Mansion.
