Originally conceptualized by British-Nigerian chef Izu Ani and Evgeny Kuzin in Dubai, Gaia Dubai is a globally recognized brand with locations in London, Qatar, Monte-Carlo, and Marbella. Known for its shareable Greek dishes and fresh, Mediterranean-sourced seafood, the restaurant pairs a vibrant menu with a design inspired by the harmony of nature. Its first U.S. outpost will open in Miami Beach, with plans to expand further across the country.
