Miami, FL – November 26, 2024 – Allen Morrisco is transforming Coconut Grove with a bold new mixed-use development that combines luxury living, world-class offices, and vibrant retail spaces.

Located at 3101 Grand Avenue, the 1.7-acre project, designed by Oppenheim Architecture, will include 100,000 square feet of premium office space, 40,000 square feet of retail, and 20 ultra-luxury condos priced from $2.5 to $8 million. With residences ranging from 1,500 to 4,000 square feet and a rooftop restaurant overlooking Biscayne Bay, the development offers a seamless blend of modern sophistication and the Grove’s signature charm. A pedestrian-friendly layout featuring landscaped paseos, a lush courtyard, and natural materials like oolite stone reinforces the area’s historic character.

Set to break ground in 2025, the project represents a deep investment in the community, with Allen Morris Co. relocating its headquarters to the site and partnering with the Espinosa family, longtime landowners, to honor local heritage. The development will also enhance Kirk Munroe Park and Fuller Street, strengthening Coconut Grove’s walkable, community-focused appeal while setting new standards for sustainable design.
